UPDATE 3: Gazprom to place $2 bln Eurobonds at 3.25%

MOSCOW, Feb 18 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom will place U.S. $2 billion of 10-year Eurobonds with the yield at 3.25% annually, a banking source told PRIME on Tuesday.
Demand for the Eurobonds exceeded $5.5 billion, the source said earlier.
The initial yield guidance was 3.625%, it was later reduced to 3.375–3.50% and then to 3.25–3.30%.
Bids were collected on Tuesday.
From February 13 through Monday, the company held meetings with investors in Boston, New York and London.
Gazprombank, J.P. Morgan, and UniCredit are the organizers.
